1 hagyma apróra vágva
3 gerezd fokhagyma apróra vágva
1 csésze főtt csicseriborsó
3 közepes sárgarépa kockára vágva
2 közepes édesburgonya kockára vágva
1/3 bögre paradicsompüré
1/2-1 bögre víz
1/2 teáskanál tengeri só
Csipet fekete bors
2,5 evőkanál curry por
1 tk mustármag
1/2 tk tört csili paprika (elhagyható)
3/4 csésze kókuszjoghurt (cukrozatlan)
apróra vágott koriander
Elkészítés
1. A hagymát és a fokhagymát néhány evőkanál vízben puhára főzzük.
2. Hozzáadjuk az összes fűszert, sárgarépát, édesburgonyát, csicseriborsót, paradicsompürét és vizet, majd közepes lángon addig főzzük, amíg a zöldségek megpuhulnak.
3. Fokozatosan hozzáadjuk a kókuszjoghurtot, majd jól összekeverjük.
4. Barna rizzsel, párolt brokkolival és friss korianderrel tálaljuk.
